Replacement & Refund Policy

We encourage customers to carefully read our Replacement & Refund Policy and to please make sure all the products are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

Eligible Product for Replacement & Refund

Replacement & refund only eligible if the delivered product is proven to be faulty. The product can be stated to be faulty if either :

1. There’s faulty part in the product appearance such as fracture, bend, or other broken parts.
2. The product can’t function as it should be (only applicable for non perishable product).

Some of our product such as catnip and cat toys may give different impression for each individual cat and we can’t guarantee that it will be the same as advertised due to the different individual nature of each cats. Regarding this issue, we don’t provide replacement or refund if our product gives different impression for your cats.

Faulty Product Inspection

For further inspection of the faulty product please send us an email by our CONTACT page with some information below :

1. The detailed photo and the description of the faulty product
2. The invoice for the faulty product that was provided after the payment process


After the inspection and the product is proven to be faulty, we will provide the REPLACEMENT for the product you purchased before and it is completely FREE.

The replacement product will be shipped immediately to your address without any extra fee.


If you don’t want the product to be replaced, we will provide a full REFUND for the corresponding product.

If you purchased the product using a coupon or if you purchased the product at discounted price, we will provide refund with the same amount of value purchased.

After you are eligible, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 10 days after your order has been delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.


Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at our CONTACT page if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please please send us an email by our CONTACT page regarding the issue.
